We see our suppliers as extensions of CMS. For that reason, we align ourselves only with first-class partners who, preferably, also practice Lean Manufacturing principles. We take rigorous steps to make sure our suppliers' company goals, production processes and quality measurements are in line with our expectations. Quality and guaranteed delivery from our supply chain is vital to our Lean goals. We require mutual on-site visits to further solidify our understanding of your business and
you of ours.
